Welcome

Dear New Treasure Member,

Welcome to Treasure! We are excited that your family has committed to join our community and we look forward to getting to know you. There are several housekeeping items to complete before class days begin. Please contact a board member if you have any questions at all.

Please be sure you have read and understood the following:

Our online registration and web services require a password for access. If you don’t already have one, please create a Google ID by visiting this link accounts.google.com/SignUpWithoutGmail. You can use your current email address or sign up for a new gmail address. You do not need a new email address.

Once you have a Google ID and password, please complete the rest of the registration checklist:

    • Subscribe to the Loop by sending an email from your preferred email account to treasureloop+subscribe@googlegroups.com

    • Register your family for Treasure using our online registration form (if you haven't already done so), found at www.TreasureHomeEducators.com/register. This registration form adds your family to our directory, birthday lists, and student counts. If and when your family’s situation changes (moving, adding children, etc), you can return to the same form using the link on the directory page to update your family’s information. When the time comes that your family no longer attends Treasure, you can update the registration to “Former Member” and this will remove your family from the directory.

    • Pay your family dues - paypal.me/treasureva or in person to a board member

    • Sign up for classes - www.treasurehomeeducators.com/signup

      • Sign up yourself/spouse to help during two class hours, and then sign your children up for their classes once signups are open for the coming year.

    • Sign up for Sparkle Duty - www.TreasureHomeEducators.com/sparkle

    • Pay any applicable teacher fees for classes directly to the teacher(s).

    • Sign the Emmanuel Episcopal waiver (printed waivers available on first day of classes).

We are a strong and tight knit community with a focus on fellowship and relationships. We often meet together outside of Treasure for playdates, field trips and other activities. Our desire as a group is to see Treasure shaped into God’s vision of community, and that we would support each other as parents while our children find lasting friendships that build into each other through their formative years. We hope you share that vision and find ways to become involved and invested in our community with us.

If there are any questions we can answer, concerns you have, or ways we can pray for you, please let us know. Welcome to Treasure!

In Christ,

The Treasure Board
